We are looking for a proactive and highly organized Analyst to support our Finance Tribe IT leadership. The candidate focuses on Business Analysis with additional responsibilities in management coordination like managing schedules, coordinating across departments, and contributing to strategic projects.

Depending on your experience and knowledge, we may offer you a different seniority for the role.

You will:

Manage and optimize the daily, weekly, and monthly calendars of the Finance Tribe IT Lead (scheduling meetings, adjusting appointments, time allocation, gatekeeping, etc.)
Adapt to varying daily demands by balancing administrative responsibilities with analytical tasks such as gathering and documenting business requirements, and facilitating priority-setting discussions
Support the IT Lead by ensuring that business analysis tasks are integrated into daily workflows and decision-making processes.
Manage and take full ownership of organizing a variety of online meetings and events, including internal chapter meetings, strategic sessions such as QBRs and Townhall meetings, while actively contributing ideas to enhance their effectiveness
Coordinate local meeting events in Vilnius, including the arrangement of refreshments and restaurant bookings
Serve as a communication bridge between the IT Lead, Chapter Area Leads, and other stakeholders when needed
Manage confidential information diligently, upholding privacy and data protection standards
Assist in preparing presentations that align with the strategic objectives of the Finance Tribe lead

About you:

Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks
Highly organized and structured approach to managing tasks and events
Experience with Business Analysis tools such as Microsoft Office Suite, Confluence, Visio and/or familiar tools
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
Outgoing personality with strong communication skills to engage with diverse groups
Advanced in English, both written and spoken
Robust presentation skills, capable of creating and delivering compelling presentations
A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills

Monthly salary range from 2080 EUR to 3120 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
