Java Engineering Lead to establish a new squad in Digital Core Tribe

Digital Core is a Tribe of 200 employees, organized in 16 cross functional squads across Denmark, Poland and India, all committed to delivering effective end2end solutions for both external customers of Danske Bank and internal consumers of our data. Our main mission is to deliver highly available, enterprise services that provide customer and account data and functionality to enable the bank’s digital customer interactions.

We are on a mission to make a world class core bank that is simple, easy-to-use and configurable for our users.

Digital Core is establishing two new squads in Vilnius, and this is a unique opportunity to come in early in the process and help build and influence both the squad, the technical direction and the culture.

• Solid engineering background through previous individual contributions or experience as an IT leader
