Java developer in Credit Journey Tribe

Credit Journey Tribe teams have a goal to streamline traditional credit granting processes and put customers first by fast and transparent credit decisions.

Some of the key aspects that will take us there, are automated decisions in the customer journey by working from a perspective of contributing to a standardised process and minimising resources spend.

Our goal is to provide a seamless and customer friendly journey for providing credit decisions.

We are looking for a skilled Java developer who wants to be part of expanding the credit journey for the customer and advisors in the bank.

We have a globally distributed tribe setup, working from offices in Lithuania, Denmark, and India.

You will:

  • Assist in developing and maintaining software solutions
  • Collaborate with team members to design software and ensure the best technical approaches are implemented
  • Write and maintain unit integration tests
  • Participate actively in agile ceremonies
  • Continuously improve technical skills and share knowledge with the team

About you:

  • Good understanding of design principles (e.g. SOLID principles, Domain-Driven Design) for implementing microservices REST APIs, and similar solutions
  • Proficiency in developing Java frameworks like Spring Boot, and databases such as MSSQL
  • You are familiar with various testing approaches including unit integration and load testing
  • Ability to write efficient, secure and maintain code
  • Some experience with Cloud platforms (AWS preferred)
  • Basic knowledge of observability tools such as ELK and Grafana
  • Upper-intermediate English skills

We offer:

Monthly salary range from 3480 EUR to 5220 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
