Our team
The Customer Engagement Individuals tribe exists with the customer at the centre of everything. The tribe has ownership of key customer facing systems spanning across Danske Bank’s channels and capabilities.
The tribe are responsible for the proactive personalised advice and support in our automated and self-serviced layers of the engagement model, as well as the customer experience delivered in our digitally – and human assisted layers. Furthermore, the tooling delivered to our advisors in the expertise layer also sit with this tribe. Lastly, the entire orchestration of the engagement model including segmentation and our full MarTech stack sits within the tribe.
The tribe compose of 13 Squads working across 7 locations (Aarhus, Copenhagen, Oslo, Stockholm, Helsinki, Vilnius and Bangalore). As this is an area of central importance to our Forward ´28 strategy you will work with best on market solutions and tools. We are in motion of implementing Chatbot based on Microsoft CoPilot Studio, CRM system based on Microsoft Dynamics Sales 365 as well as Data and AI in general are critical elements of our daily work and future.

You will be part of the IT management team. The Tribe are approx. 150 leaders and employees on a mission critical to Danske Bank. We are working in cross functional squads and you will be part of a Squad and at the same time have the responsibility of IT Cloud Engineers in your Chater.
Your responsibility will be to grow and develop your Team in collaboration with the other Chapter Leads and make sure we also are prepared for the Public Cloud Journey (AWS) Danske Bank is on.
