We are looking for an IT Transformation Consultant in Cloud Transformation team within Technology Platforms. As part of this role, you would be coordinating risk and compliance initiatives necessary for the flawless and timely execution of Cloud migration activities.

Danske Bank has recently announced Forward’28 strategy that has a huge emphasis on further digitalization of the bank which among other priorities also includes migration to Public Cloud. Being part of the Risk & Compliance stream will mean that you will not only contribute towards the overall success of the Forward’28 strategy but will also be involved in helping to solve various compliance initiatives and questions across all Technology Platforms organization.

The role is located in Lithuania and is working closely with stakeholders, mainly located in Denmark, Lithuania and India.

You will:

Collaborate with compliance, Legal, technology and business teams to identify potential risks, assess their impact, and develop tailored mitigation strategies
Create and maintain risk management documentation, including guidelines and instructions for managing vendor and technology risks
Monitor data protection and technology risk exposures, ensuring that risk controls are robust and compliant with regulatory requirements
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless and timely execution of a particular stream in Cloud migration program
Ensure that all activities are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
Communicate effectively across the organization, providing updates, progress reports, and recommendations to relevant stakeholders
Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors

About you:

3-5 years of experience in third-party risk management, vendor risk management, or a related field
Proven track record in driving IT projects
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Solid organizational skills including problem solving skills
Basic public cloud knowledge would be an advantage
Motivated by solving complex situations and excited about shaping and guiding projects through uncertainty
Structured, pragmatic and driving outcomes
Upper-Intermediate English skills

Monthly salary range from 3680 EUR to 5519 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
