About the role

You’ll work in our People Tribe, a cross-functional team of IT and business professionals focused on delivering impactful solutions. While you’ll focus on the tech side, your work will directly shape how our organisation empowers its employees through innovative tools and platforms. You’ll join a highly collaborative, agile environment at our modern office in Vilnius, Lithuania.

You will:

  • Design, implement, and document scalable solution and integration architectures
  • Collaborate with agile squads to define and refine architecture at the user story and backlog level
  • Evaluate and address the technical impact of design decisions to ensure alignment with enterprise guidelines
  • Serve as a technical advisor, bridging the gap between squads and enterprise architecture
  • Advocate and implement best practices in software engineering, contributing hands-on when needed
  • Act as a sparring partner for developers to encourage innovation and technical growth

About you:

  • A bachelor’s or higher degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field
  • Demonstrated experience as an IT architect with strong technical and hands-on skills
  • Expertise in cloud-based development (AWS knowledge is a plus), with experience in modern tools and frameworks, including DevOps operating model
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to solve complex challenges
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a solution-focused mindset
  • Advanced in English

We offer:

Monthly salary range from 5040 EUR to 7560 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
