IT Performance Manager

We are looking for a new colleague to join our motivated and growing Vendor Management team, which currently consists of over 15 professionals based in Denmark and Lithuania.

Working in close collaboration with internal stakeholders, the team focuses on ensuring high-quality vendor performance. Danske Bank’s customers rely on accessible online and digital solutions 24/7, and external vendors are an integral part of the ecosystem behind these solutions. That is why our team plays a crucial role in accomplishing the bank’s business objectives and enhancing the customer experience by ensuring maximum value from our contracts.

In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring and reporting on the performance of a portfolio of vendors. You will also work closely with our team of contract managers, procurement managers and other stakeholders. You will:

  • Ensure the ongoing delivery of critical and complex IT and banking services, along with associated support, meets agreed-upon needs and service levels
  • Be accountable for a portfolio of vendors with varying levels of complexity, including their overall performance
  • Provide an overview of ongoing vendor performance against key metrics and report appropriately to meet departmental requirements
  • Identify and promote continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and ensure alignment with relevant IT operation processes
  • Identify and monitor risks and compliance issues, addressing any deviations from committed supplier deliverables
  • Organise operational interfaces for vendors, ensuring effective and efficient process integration
  • Monitor supplier performance and take necessary actions to address any issues
  • Track process compliance and deviations, identifying initiatives to support the team’s objectives

About you:

  • 2+ years of experience managing vendors or delivering IT services from the vendor side
  • Experience in supplier management and other ITIL processes, particularly service level management and corporate vendor management or procurement processes
  • Exposure to supporting stakeholder environments (both internal and external) and developing and maintaining stakeholder relationships
  • Tech-savvy
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Knowledge of creating and interpreting management reports and dashboards
  • Upper-Intermediate English skills

We offer:

Monthly salary range from 3280 EUR to 4920 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
