IT Leader of Leaders in AML Review Tribe

As a Leader of Leaders, you will be HR responsible for a couple of IT chapter leads in Lithuania working on AML reviews and reporting solutions. You will be responsible for the delivery of Lithuania’s entire site from an IT perspective and will work closely with the Tribe leadership team.

You will:

  • Be the HR manager for skilled cloud chapter leads (.NET and cloud technologies), and you will be accountable for their growth both on a professional and personal level
  • Be responsible for deliveries on the IT side of the AML Review tribe
  • Be responsible for running IT themes and IT initiatives
  • Work closely together with the Tribe IT Lead, Tribe Architect, and the other Chapter Leads to ensure we attract, develop, and retain a team of highly skilled and motivated members with a solid team spirit

About you:

  • Leadership in the IT realm, including coaching, mentoring and leadership of teams and other leaders (at least 5 years experience)
  • Strategizing to achieve team & organizational goals that contribute to the formulation of technical delivery roadmaps towards tribe vision, mission, design, strategy and OKRs
  • Experience in .Net, Microservices, Adoption of DevSecOps, DORA and cloud native applications using Security Development Lifecycle (SDLC). Hands on experience with tech stacks and infrastructure
  • You have a natural interest in seeing, challenging and fixing areas which could be improved, both in and outside the tribe
  • Experience with multi national teams in financial industry
  • Stakeholder management skills
  • If you did work in Agile setups previously, this being an advantage but not a prerequisite
  • Advanced English skills

Monthly salary range from 5520 EUR to 8280 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
