IT Chapter Lead (.NET and Cloud Technologies) in AML Review Tribe

The AML Review Tribe brings together business and IT professionals into cross-functional squads and enables us to work in a truly agile organization. Each of these squads is a self-organized team, empowering its employees to take their own decisions while working on the end-to-end delivery of products and services.

As a chapter lead, you will be HR responsible for developers working on AML review and reporting solutions. You will also be the application service owner for a few solutions that your developers are working on. Besides being an HR leader, you will support the Tribe IT leadership.

You will:

  • Be the HR manager for other skilled Cloud engineers (.NET and cloud technologies), you being accountable for their growth both on a professional and personal level
  • Be participating in embedding best engineering practices enabling the building innovative IT solutions
  • Be responsible for uplifting people and process capabilities
  • Be developing tech uplift initiatives
  • Work closely together with the Tribe IT Lead, Tribe Architect and the other Chapter Leads to ensure we attract, develop and retain a team of highly skilled and motivated employees with a positive team spirit
  • Be responsible for your chapter and support chapter members in any need they have related to HR or their area of competence

About you:

  • Either you have been a leader for some years, with an engineering background. Or you come from a senior or chief developer positions, with the interest and motivation to try out leadership
  • Experience with .NET and cloud technologies
  • You have a technical profile and ability to develop and motivate others, at the same having a good understanding of IT architecture and solution design
  • You have a natural interest in seeing, challenging and fixing areas which could be improved, both in and outside the tribe
  • If you did work in Agile setups previously, this being a beneficial attribute but not a prerequisite
  • Advanced English skills

Monthly salary range from 5200 EUR to 7800 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
