You will:

  • Plan and oversee the implementation of IT changes and releases across multiple environments
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration among stakeholders to manage expectations and resolve issues effectively, keep them informed about upcoming changes and releases, increasing transparency and building trust across departments
  • Coordinate with different IT squads to ensure seamless integration and deployment of new changes
  • Maintain and improve change management policies and procedures, including risk assessment and mitigation strategies
  • Monitor and report on the progress and outcomes of changes to ensure they align with project goals and timelines
  • Ensure proper documentation and compliance with regulatory and company standards
  • Conduct post-implementation reviews and analyze the impact of changes for continuous improvement
  • Provide training and support to team members on change management processes and best practices
  • Lead cross-functional teams during critical and emergency releases, demonstrating strong leadership skills and the ability to make decisive actions under pressure

About you:

  • Proven experience in change management and release management
  • Knowledge of risk assessment and mitigation strategies
  • Thorough documentation skills and ensuring compliance with standards
  • Experience in conducting post-implementation reviews and analyzing impact
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to guide teams successfully through complex change processes
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate collaboration among stakeholders
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in using ServiceNow and Jira would be a significant advantage
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and the ability to integrate agile practices into change and release management to increase efficiency
  • Flexibility to adapt to rapidly changing technology landscapes and the capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously without compromising on quality or deadlines
  • Advanced English skills

We offer:

Monthly salary range from 3040 EUR to 4560 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
