IT Business Analyst in Core Payments

We are seeking a team player with an analytical mindset, strong communication skills, and a proactive “can do” attitude.

In this role, you will be a vital member of the Cloud Booking squad, responsible for payment booking services. Our mission is to build trust through complete, accurate, and timely account balance calculations on the Cloud platform via APIs, while also validating balances within the new payments infrastructure.

You will:

  • Play a key role in analysing payment products and rules, defining precise requirements to develop innovative payment solutions on a cloud platform
  • Use SQL and other data analysis tools to extract, analyse and interpret payments and booking data
  • Lead meetings to gather critical input from diverse stakeholders and transform it into actionable insights and reports
  • Communicate analytical findings and strategic recommendations clearly to cross-functional teams and the Product Owner, promoting collaboration and alignment

About you:

  • At least 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst, IT specialist or in a similar role
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organise, analyse and present information with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Solid experience using SQL for data querying and manipulation
  • Demonstrated skills in effective planning, organisation and time management
  • Strong (Upper-Intermediate) communication skills in English, both written and verbal, for collaboration with international stakeholders
  • Previous experience in the payments field would be beneficial

We offer:

Monthly salary range from 2880 EUR to 4320 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
