IT Business Analyst in Core Payment Platform Tribe

Your role: As an essential part of the Cloud Booking Validations squad, you will analyze payment products and rules within our legacy mainframe setup. Your main responsibility will be to define clear requirements for developers to create innovative payment solutions on a modern cloud platform.

You will:

  • Have an important role in analyzing legacy payment products and rules, and define precise requirements for the development of new payment solutions on a modern cloud platform
  • Utilize SQL and various data analysis tools to extract, analyze, and interpret payments and booking data
  • Facilitate meetings to gather essential information from diverse stakeholders, compiling this into actionable and insightful reports
  • Communicate analytical insights and strategic plans clearly and effectively to cross-functional team members and the Product Owner, ensuring collaborative decision-making and alignment

About you:

  • Familiar with programming or code analysis and able to read and interpret code effectively
  • At least 1 year of experience as a Business Analyst
  • Advanced analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and present information with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proven experience with SQL for data querying and manipulation
  • Demonstrated expertise in effective planning, organization, and time management
  • Previous experience in the payments field is considered an advantage
  • Clear and effective communicator in English with international stakeholders, both in written and verbal forms
  • Upper-intermediate English language skills

We offer:

Monthly salary range from 2720 EUR to 4080 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
