IT Business Analyst in AML Review Tribe

Our mission in the AML Review Tribe is to protect our customers, society and banks from financial crime by developing highly automated AML due diligence processes to ensure regulatory compliance. If you are interested in fighting financial crime with modern, highly automated processes, then the AML Review Tribe is the place to be.

The Customer Assessment Welcoming Squad own the customer due diligence case-handling process used to onboard new Customers who dropped off our automatic process.

The solution being build is not only important in terms of fighting financial crime, but also strategic for the bank to be able to onboard customers quick and seamlessly.

Our Squad has a really good atmosphere with very skilled and supportive Business Analysts and Developers. Our squad is primarially based in Denmark and Lithuania.

We are looking for a strong senior IT Business Analyst for this position.

You will:

  • Analyse and challenge business requirements in order to break down these into tangible user stories
  • Discuss and evaluate requirements together with developers and other stakeholders to come up with technical feasible solution ideas
  • Facilitate and align requirements with other Squads and Tribes
  • Support in testing and release activities when needed

About you:

  • Thrive from working in an agile setup and will take ownership and responsibility for our outcomes and deliverables. You are proactive and feel comfortable not waiting for your Product Owner to assign tasks to you
  • Have business analyst experience, and your domain knowledge is preferably within the AML/regulatory area. This is not a requirement, though
  • Have a solid analytical mindset; you are detail oriented and are used to interacting directly with stakeholders
  • Feel at home in a fast-paced environment and don’t mind the complexity
  • Have a ‘yes we can’ attitude combined with creative problem-solving skills
  • You are self-organizing and work autonomously with the mandate to move fast and get things done
  • Collaborate well with colleagues with different people profiles and skills
  • Advanced English skills

Monthly salary range from 3600 EUR to 5400 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
