About us
As a Client Manager in Investor Services, you will provide daily support to major Nordic corporate and institutional clients, assisting them with their post-trade activities. Our focus is on addressing our customers’ needs for post-trade services, which include a variety of Investor Services products such as custody (global custody and depositary services), asset services, securities settlement, tax, back- and middle-office services, OTC clearing, ETD clearing, FX services, and collateral management.
The team drives optimisation and transformational projects within Investor Services and the bank’s post-trade value chain. In this customer-facing role, Investor Services Client Management holds comprehensive accountability for ensuring customers’ service needs are met across all Investor Services products.
About the role
In this role, you will gain expertise in Custody, FX Services, Collateral Management, OTC and ETD Clearing, Back- & Middle Office Services, along with a thorough understanding of the market, vendor, and regulatory dynamics to effectively engage with the team, customers, and internal stakeholders.
Working with stakeholders, you will drive initiatives and maintain focus to meet customer needs and timelines, acting on behalf of the client. You will manage your own portfolio of clients, serving as their primary Client Manager for daily support and post-trade queries.
The position is in Vilnius, Lithuania.
