Investor Service Client Manager

We are seeking a Client Manager with a dual role working with Investor Services Sales and Client Management serving our corporate and institutional clients, ensuring their post-trade activities are seamless and efficient. As part of a dedicated team spanning Denmark, Sweden, Finland, and Lithuania, you will build bridges across the bank, fostering strong client relationships.

About us

As a Client Manager in Investor Services, you will provide daily support to major Nordic corporate and institutional clients, assisting them with their post-trade activities. Our focus is on addressing our customers’ needs for post-trade services, which include a variety of Investor Services products such as custody (global custody and depositary services), asset services, securities settlement, tax, back- and middle-office services, OTC clearing, ETD clearing, FX services, and collateral management.

The team drives optimisation and transformational projects within Investor Services and the bank’s post-trade value chain. In this customer-facing role, Investor Services Client Management holds comprehensive accountability for ensuring customers’ service needs are met across all Investor Services products.

About the role

In this role, you will gain expertise in Custody, FX Services, Collateral Management, OTC and ETD Clearing, Back- & Middle Office Services, along with a thorough understanding of the market, vendor, and regulatory dynamics to effectively engage with the team, customers, and internal stakeholders.

Working with stakeholders, you will drive initiatives and maintain focus to meet customer needs and timelines, acting on behalf of the client. You will manage your own portfolio of clients, serving as their primary Client Manager for daily support and post-trade queries.

The position is in Vilnius, Lithuania.

You will:

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders e.g. Investor Services Sales, Relationship Management, Implementation, Network Management, IT, Operational teams, Legal etc.
  • Be working with Sales Managers, you will drive repricing tasks for existing clients
  • Secure sustainable customer relations with a proactive and service-minded approach
  • Lead and facilitate customer meetings
  • Participate in pre-sales and ad-hoc client meetings
  • Train customers on our digital solutions, guiding them guide through our digital transformation
  • Onboard new customers and expand services to existing ones
  • Lead and engage in various projects

About you:

  • Be customer and task oriented, organised, and eager to learn
  • Work independently while remaining flexible and reliable as a team member
  • Ability to navigate the complexities of working with large corporate and institutional clients
  • Ideally, have experience in customer-facing roles or the post-trade value chain within a financial institution
  • Contribute to a good team spirit with an open-minded approach
  • Maintain high-quality deliveries
  • Possess strong communication skills, both written and spoken, with advanced in English

We offer:

Monthly salary range from 2480 EUR to 3720 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
