Business Management & Implementation is a support and advisory function in Technology & Services for Large Corporates & Institutions. Working side by side with the executive leadership, we enable the organization to fulfill its objectives and inspire by providing high quality advice, insights, partnership and support, driving integration and change, and connecting people and the organization.

We are 25 people working with a wide variety of essentials for the organization: strategy, financials, performance management, people, events & communication, various projects and implementations.

We consist of 4 departments and this position is for the leader of one of these teams: Performance Management & Traction, who are responsible for financial reporting and advisory, performance management and management information, people & culture, our contracts and vendor partnerships as well as data analysis on payments.

You will be leader of a team of 6 and partner with Finance and other areas across the bank to monitor and control financial reporting and analysis for decision making, and ensure transparent and consistent reporting for performance, capacity, & KPIs. You will be part of the Business Management & Implementation leadership team reporting to the Head of Business Management & Implementation, and at the same time act as a trusted advisor to the Head of T&S LC&I and his leadership team.

Danske Bank supports a high degree of workplace flexibility (our team is currently using a hybrid working model, where we work at least 3 days a week in the office).

You will:

You will support the team and also have a direct role in the following responsibilities:

  • Oversee our KPI dashboard to facilitate data-driven decision making and performance tracking​ while collaborating with the organization to meet our goals
  • Support Senior Management Performance Agreement process
  • Drive financial control and management for executive leadership in monthly reviews, RoFo and target setting​ and drive FTE forecasting and recruiting approvals​
  • Drive ongoing and ad hoc analytics and insights on financial drivers
  • Produce ongoing reports on International Payments trends and drivers, and process data analysis requests on payments
  • Implement and support the Local Group HR Strategy​, HR processes and activities
  • Support Diversity and Inclusion initiatives

About you:

  • 5 + years of Leadership experience, background in financial management
  • Higher Education in Finance, Financial Management, Economics would be considered as a beneficial asset
  • Stakeholder Management: The ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, ensuring alignment and support for performance initiatives
  • Leadership and Motivation: The ability to inspire and motivate team members, creating a positive and productive work environment
  • Problem-Solving Skills: The capability to identify issues and implement effective solutions
  • Analytical Skills: The ability to assess data and metrics to evaluate performance and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Strategic Thinking: The capability to develop and implement strategies that align with the organization’s goals and drive performance
  • Communication Skills: Highly effective verbal and written communication abilities to articulate expectations, offer constructive feedback, and encourage collaboration among team members and with other stakeholders. Also, Advanced English skills are necessary, both written and spoken

Monthly salary range from 5200 EUR to 7800 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
