Head of Collaboration and Productivity

You have an opportunity to become part of and lead our Collaboration & Productivity area (C&P), which supports the organisation in creating excellent employee experiences. C&P is one of the functional areas within End User Services department that makes customers and employees lives easier by connecting people in a modern, collaborative, efficient, and secure digital environment.

C&P is responsible for foundational services used by all employees every day like email, Teams, SharePoint, online meeting rooms and much more. Our services provide a cornerstone for any employee to get their job done and also ensure we have a secure and compliant digital workplace.

We continuously strive the improve our services to help employees become even more productive. C&P is on a journey to become fully public cloud-based and we continue to leverage SaaS services. GenAI is fast becoming engrained in our everyday work, but also across the services we deliver to Danske Bank’s employees.

This role is based in Lithuania (Vilnius) or Denmark (Copenhagen).

You will:

  • Strategically drive the Collaboration & Productivity function in line with industry trends and forward looking for the best possible outcome for our users and the whole organisation
  • Be responsible for the Collaboration & Productivity area, consisting of approximately 40 employees across Lithuania, Denmark and India. You will have 6 direct reports incl. 4 service owners with HR-responsibilities
  • Support team managers in driving day-to-day deliveries, strategy implementation, and employee development
  • Track and analyse C&P Services performance to ensure service compliance with risks, security, audit, and finances
  • Establish, maintain, and ensure delivery of the agreed roadmaps for enhancements and process improvements
  • Ensure stakeholder management, collaborate on the agreements around the shared direction for strategy, resources, and execution
  • Innovate End User Services Operations area with solutions to fit service business needs and continuously improve our Digital Workplace

About you:

  • Have solid Leadership or Operational management experience in IT field of at least 5+ years (experience leading international teams is a bonus)
  • Have solid Leader of Leaders experience and strong understanding of Leaders’ development
  • Have strong knowledge of M365 services as well as related Microsoft services (Intune, Purview, Dynamics, Power Platform, Azure) and collaboration and productivity technologies (online meeting rooms, digital wayfinding, streaming, email security etc.)
  • Experience in project setup, management, and scalable process design
  • Passionate about continuous process improvement, strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and manage complex situations efficiently
  • Embrace and enjoy ambiguity and navigate in a matrix organization both as an influencer and networker with both a global and company mindset
  • Able to influence, engage and collaborate closely with appropriate partners across all levels of seniority in the multi-cultural organization to ensure, support, and increase cross-border collaboration
  • Demonstrates interpersonal awareness and cross-cultural competencies, encourage excellence, value diversity, and foster collaboration
  • Proactive, with a strong sense of ownership and enthusiasm for End User Services Operations
  • Advanced English language skills

We offer:

Monthly salary range from 6880 EUR to 10320 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
