GenAI Training and Learning Consultant

We are looking for a skilled Training and Learning Consultant to join our GenAI change management and delivery planning team.

Within the GenAI tribe, you will drive crucial initiatives central to Danske Bank’s vision for technological advancement and organisational growth. We manage everything that flows from the GenAI tech platform. Our team ensures that technologies, updates and information are clearly communicated and seamlessly integrated. You will:

  • Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to identify and analyse training needs for GenAI initiatives
  • Design and implement learning journeys that incorporate both in-house developed content and external resources
  • Project manage the development and delivery of training materials and sessions
  • Host engaging training sessions, demo videos, etc., and ensure the continuous education of the organisation about the offerings of the GenAI Academy
  • Support the rollout of new GenAI products through targeted training and learning initiatives
  • Manage relationships with third-party vendors to enhance training content and delivery

About you:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Human Resources, Education, or a related field
  • Experience in educational programme design and implementation
  • Over 3 years of experience in process consultancy and development, project management and stakeholder management, preferably within training or development programmes in a global, cross-functional environment
  • Knowledge of GenAI technologies and the ability to communicate about them
  • Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while efficiently managing projects with tight deadlines
  • Analytical skills and proficiency in Learning Management Systems
  • Great communication skills and adept at managing stakeholder relationships
  • Advanced knowledge of English

We offer:

Monthly salary range from 2520 EUR to 3780 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
