In this role, you will need to scope Generative AI solutions and align expectations with stakeholders at all levels who will own and benefit from these solutions. You’ll also support the daily management of a development team to maintain momentum.

Your responsibilities will also include cross-team coordination within the GenAI team, facilitating the ongoing dialogue and collaboration with stakeholders to ensure project alignment and adherence to business objectives.

You will:

  • Be leading the integration of Generative AI technologies within business processes to enhance efficiency and productivity
  • Be managing project scopes and timelines to ensure deliverables meet business needs
  • Be facilitating clear and effective communication between IT teams and business units to ensure alignment of objectives
  • Be mentoring and leading a team of developers, creating an environment of continuous learning and improvement

About you:

You are a detail-oriented individual with a strong foundation in IT or business, and substantial experience as a Business Analyst or consultant in an agile setup. You are known for your effective communication skills and your ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. You possess:

  • A bachelor’s degree in IT, Business IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or any related field
  • Demonstrated experience in agile, scrum-based environments, preferably within a large organisation
  • Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to distil complex technical and business concepts into clear, actionable plans
  • Experience in the financial sector is beneficial but not required
  • Knowledge of AI and Generative AI applications in business is valued
  • Advanced in English, both written and spoken

We offer:

Monthly salary range from 3440 EUR to 5160 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
