Are you ready to bridge the gap between IT and business innovation at a leading financial institution?

In this role, you will need to scope Generative AI solutions and align expectations with stakeholders at all levels who will own and benefit from these solutions. You’ll also support the daily management of a development team to maintain momentum.

Moreover, you will mentor and guide a technical team, creating a culture of continuous learning and enhancement. Additionally, you will work on department-level initiatives, such as refining the operating model to improve efficiency and effectiveness, and developing new ways of working to enhance collaboration and innovation across teams.

Your responsibilities will also include cross-team coordination within the GenAI team, facilitating the ongoing dialogue and collaboration with stakeholders to ensure project alignment and adherence to business objectives.

You will:

  • Leading the integration of Generative AI technologies within business processes to enhance efficiency and productivity
  • Managing project scopes and timelines to ensure deliverables meet business needs
  • Facilitating clear and effective communication between IT teams and business units to ensure alignment of objectives
  • Mentoring and leading a team of developers, fostering an environment of continuous learning and improvement
  • Contribute to department-level initiatives  and developing new ways of working

About you:

You are a detail-oriented individual with a strong foundation in IT or business, and substantial experience as a Business Analyst or consultant in an agile setup. You are known for your effective communication skills and your ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. You possess:

  • A bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or any related field
  • Demonstrated experience in agile, scrum-based environments, preferably within a large organisation
  • Ability to simplify complex technical and business ideas into clear, actionable steps
  • Strong analytical skills with a the ability to distil complex technical and business concepts into clear, actionable plans
  • Commitment to continuous learning and improvement
  • Knowledge of AI and Generative AI applications in business is a plus
  • Advanced in English, both written and spoken

Monthly salary range from 3920 EUR to 5880 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
