This paid one-year program focuses on your development, providing you with practical experience for a career (re)start. Regardless of where you are in your journey, we are prepared to guide you and put your skills into practice. Prior work experience is not necessary, and we offer a flexible schedule that allows you to continue your studies. In addition, this programme includes various trainings, networking opportunities, and community events.

This year, we have several tracks available, including DevOps (IT Platform Engineers), IT Software Engineering, Data Science & Analytics, Business Analytics and Support, and Quantitative Analytics tracks.. Choose the one that aligns most with your career aspirations and apply.

In the DevOps (IT Platform Engineers) track, we are seeking IT Platform Engineers and DevOps Engineers to join our highly skilled teams.

What’s next? All candidates will receive a homework task based on the profile they are applying for. Additionally, they will be invited to complete a profile preference questionnaire. Selected candidates will attend the assessment events at the beginning of April, followed by final interviews with the hiring managers. The expected starting date is early to mid-May 2025.

By investing in talents through guidance and aligning task complexity with their readiness, the programme gives an opportunity to have an extension for one more year on the same conditions or FuturePros programme participants can apply for other open positions available in the bank.

For FuturePros students – monthly salary 1750 Eur gross.

You will:

Join one of the FuturePros DevOps (IT Platform Engineers) track teams as a Platform or DevOps Engineer
Have the opportunity to enhance your technical skills by working with Linux/Unix and/or Windows systems, and deepen your understanding of SQL and no-SQL databases
Utilise your current knowledge and skills, or develop your coding abilities in Python, Ansible, and PowerShell, and consider expanding your programming skills further with languages such as .NET
Have the chance to gain experience with cloud technologies like AWS and Databricks, and explore using tools such as Terraform and Git
Have the opportunity to learn scripting and work with Kubernetes and Docker

About you:

You are a motivated student, recent graduate, or reskilled specialist in Information Technology or related fields
You either possess or are interested in developing skills in programming languages such as Python, .Net, Ansible, or PowerShell, which will be beneficial for your development
You have a basic understanding of, or are willing to learn about, operating systems like Linux/Unix and Windows, to enhance your technical skills
You have, or are keen to acquire, a basic understanding of SQL and no-SQL databases to support your technical growth
You are proficient in, or interested in exploring, cloud technologies such as AWS and Databricks, and have or wish to develop a decent proficiency in Terraform
You either possess or are willing to learn basic scripting skills, and have familiarity with or are interested in understanding Kubernetes and Docker
You have good communication skills and a proactive attitude, ready to thrive in a dynamic environment
You have an upper-intermediate level of English for effective communication in international teams
