FuturePros Programme: Business Analytics and Support Track

This paid one-year program focuses on your development, providing you with practical experience for a career (re)start. Regardless of where you are in your journey, we are prepared to guide you and put your skills into practice. Prior work experience is not necessary, and we offer a flexible schedule that allows you to continue your studies. In addition, this programme includes various trainings, networking opportunities, and community events.

This year, we have several tracks available, including Business Analytics and Support track, Data Science, Engineering & Analytics track, IT Software Engineering track, DevOps (IT Platform Engineers) track. Choose the one that aligns most with your career aspirations and apply.

In Business Analytics and Support Track, we are looking for Business Analysts, Business Support and Business Risk & Controls Consultants to join our highly skilled teams.

The workplace is located in Vilnius. Danske Bank supports workplace flexibility (we currently use a hybrid work model, where we work at least 3 days in the office).

For FuturePros students monthly salary is 1750 Eur gross.

What’s next? All candidates will receive a homework task based on the profile they are applying for. Additionally, they will be invited to complete a profile preference questionnaire. Selected candidates will attend the assessment events in October, followed by final interviews with the hiring managers. The expected starting date is mid to late November 2025.

You will:

  • Join one of the FuturePros Business Analytics and Support Teams at Danske Bank Lithuania as an Analyst – Business, Consultant – Business Support, or Officer – Business Risk & Controls
  • If you join as an Analyst – Business, you will work with SQL and Python to analyse data and provide insights. You will also utilise tools like Tableau and Excel to create reports, apply your numerical proficiency to handle calculations, and develop solutions to address customer needs
  • If you become a Consultant – Business Support, you will manage projects and coordinate tasks to support business operations effectively
  • If you are interested in the role of Officer – Business Risk & Controls, you will focus on ensuring compliance with GDPR regulations and other risk-related controls, contributing to a strong governance framework within the organisation
  • Collaborate with skilled teams to deliver impactful solutions, improve processes, and gain hands-on experience in business analytics and support

About you:

  • You are a curious graduate, a reskilled specialist, or a student in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, or related fields
  • Have foundational knowledge in your chosen role, obtained through higher education, training programmes, or personal learning
  • Possess an analytical mindset with strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • You might already be familiar with tools like SQL, Excel, Python, Tableau, and are eager to apply or expand your knowledge in these areas
  • Have an interest in business analytics, project management, or risk and compliance, and are keen to learn new concepts and technologies
  • Enjoy working in a team and are ready to collaborate to deliver innovative solutions
  • Have a B2 (Upper-Intermediate) level of English for effective communication in international teams
