Experienced Service Development Partner for Market Services

We are looking for a Senior Service Development Partner to support Market Services in the LC&I Service organization. Lead and drive the change agenda for the area as well as contribute to the change initiatives of the whole T&S LC&I organization. No week will be equal to another.

Your scope of work will be a mix of area-specific and cross-organizational changes, both strategic and operational.

You will:

  • Support strategy development and implementation in Market Services and across the Service unit
  • Develop, accelerate, run, scale, align, deliver, and follow-up on change initiatives and frameworks, ensure benefit realization
  • Provide input to the ABR/QBR process aligned with the service lead and follow up on progress
  • Drive change management and organizational implementation of Tribe development in Market Services area
  • Lead E2E process improvement initiatives in Market Services and across LC&I service organization
  • Drive and support LC&I Services change portfolio overview, maintenance, and development. Change portfolio is in Jira tool

About you:

  • You bring 2-3 years of experience working with change management
  • Market Services domain knowledge would be advantageous
  • You have experience and knowledge in process management and change
  • You have knowledge and experience in project and program management
  • Advanced Jira tool knowledge
  • You have proven stakeholder management skills and experience
  • You have proven collaboration skills and can navigate within a wider organization
  • Advanced English language skills

Monthly salary range from 3680 EUR to 5520 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
