Engineering Chapter Lead for People Tribe

You will:

  • Be the HR manager for other skilled software engineers, you being accountable for them growing both on a professional and on a personal level. This includes classical HR responsibilities, performance reviews, training and recruitment activities
  • Write code using the latest .NET
  • Lead and contribute to the maintenance, design, and development of new and existing services in our domain
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product owners, business analysts and other development teams to deliver high quality software solutions with a “Can Do” attitude and desire to get things done
  • Lead your team members within the guidelines of the tribe organizational framework, coaching and mentoring your chapter and fostering and supporting a culture of continuous learning and development
  • Support and collaborate with other Chapter leads in your tribe to deliver on leadership tasks and resolve issues

About you:

  • Bachelor’s or higher degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, ideally supplemented with certifications from AWS (or Azure/GCP)
  • In-depth knowledge and ideally expert in full stack development C#/.NET
  • Demonstrated hands-on expertise in designing, coding, pull request review and debugging complex applications
  • Comprehensive API and Microservice development experience
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD, DevSecOps methodologiesWell-versed skills with terraform, good understanding of containerized / cloud native applications, and Security Development Lifecycle (SDL)
  • Upper-intermediate English skills

We offer:

Monthly salary range from 5200 EUR to 7800 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
