As a member of our team, you will work alongside a diverse group of professionals including high end Technologists working on Cloud and cutting-edge technological solutions, Business Analysts and Product Leaders working together to enhance the employee’s overall HR experience at Danske Bank.

You will:

  • Be an HR manager for a diverse team of skilled software engineers, ensuring their professional and personal development
  • Collaborate closely with Tribe Leadership, Tribe IT Lead, Tribe Architect, Solution Architects, Area/Site Leads, and other Chapter Leads to attract, develop, and retain a motivated team characterized by good team spirit and diversity
  • Oversee your chapter, providing support to members in HR-related needs and their areas of expertise, while also actively contributing to a squad with a focus on hands-on development and comprehensive delivery
  • Lead the development of innovative HR solutions that set new industry standards, sharing ownership of solution architecture, technical design, development, testing, and deployment processes
  • Implement and sustain AI-assisted development practices to ensure continuous delivery and uphold high standards of software engineering, promoting clean, modular, and sustainable coding practices
  • Design, build, test, and deploy internal solutions and backend services that automate business processes, maintaining high standards of quality and performance
  • Regularly conduct design and code reviews, aligning with established quality and performance metrics, and actively contribute to the enhancement of engineering processes
  • Support and collaborate with other Chapter leads in your tribe to deliver on leadership tasks and resolve issues

About you:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, STEM, Science or in any related field
  • 5+ years of experience in developing robust enterprise solutions using Microsoft tech stack (C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET, MVC, WEB API, SQL SERVER), AWS, Azure DevOps, and GitHub Copilot
  • 2+ years of experience leading bigger development teams, as well as proven leadership in agile delivery models, particularly scrum, with a servant leadership approach; have effectively supported the end-to-end development of at least two enterprise-class projects on the .NET stack
  • Advanced skills in both leading and hands-on implementation of Cloud-native architecture, CI/CD platforms, AWS-centric development, including CI/CD, containers, SQL, NoSQL, Microservices, Serverless compute, and SaaS solutions
  • Proficiency with BDD, TDD, End-to-End/Acceptance Testing methodologies, and Entity Framework or similar ORM tools
  • Demonstrated capability in designing and developing high-volume, scalable, extensible architectures and experience with streaming platforms
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey ideas using tools and techniques that are appropriate for the technical audience and content
  • Advanced English skills

We offer:

Monthly salary range from 5200 EUR to 7800 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
