We are the Active Directory Services team at Danske Bank, providing AD infrastructure services in both private and public cloud environments. Our responsibilities include managing Active Directory, Entra ID, PKI, AD Federation Services, MFA infrastructure, development, and integration with business applications.

You will:

Oversee the design, deployment, administration, and maintenance of Active Directory Services
Manage Group Policy Objects (GPOs) and ensure compliance with organisational security policies
Develop and maintain automation scripts using tools like PowerShell, Python or other scripting languages to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention
Automate the monitoring of the health, performance, and security of Active Directory Services
Develop, improve, and maintain backup and recovery processes for Active Directory
Respond to incidents affecting AD services and resolve issues promptly
Work closely with development, operations, and security teams to integrate AD with other tools, applications, and systems
Provide guidance to teams on best practices for using AD and related technologies
Maintain comprehensive documentation for Active Directory configurations, processes, and workflows

About you:

Experience in architecture, design, and administration of Active Directory Services
Experience with Entra ID and hybrid identity setups (e.g. Entra ID Connect)
Knowledge of ADFS, DFS, PKI, and MFA
Proficiency in managing GPOs (using GPMC and AGPM tools) and Trusts
Knowledge of authentication protocols such as Kerberos, NTLM, LDAP, and SAML
Familiarity with Privileged Access Management (PAM)
Knowledge of security frameworks like Zero Trust and best practices for securing AD environments
Experience in developing administrative and automation scripts using PowerShell or other scripting languages
Understanding of networking concepts such as firewalls, VPNs, and subnets
Familiarity with monitoring tools for AD health checks and performance monitoring
Knowledge of backup tools and disaster recovery processes specific to Active Directory
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with an agile mindset
Strong teamwork and communication skills, paired with a sense of responsibility, initiative, and keen attention to detail
Advanced English skills

We offer:

Monthly salary range from 4800 EUR to 7200 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
