The Intelligent Automation Tribe, part of Technology & Services under the BWOW structure at Danske Bank, focuses on democratising and delivering intelligent and tactical automation solutions. These solutions help improve the bank’s cost efficiency, quality, compliance, and delivery speed, serving the needs of the entire organisation.

Our team is composed of 60 skilled professionals with diverse backgrounds and skills in automation technologies, including IT Software Engineers, Business Analysts, and IT Platform Engineers. You will:

  • Have a HR responsibility of team with IT Software Engineers skillset and Business Analysts
  • Create a conductive and collaborative environment through effective leadership
  • Establish the close collaboration with Tribes and service organizations within Technology & Service and Business Units in the bank to secure their engagement and support deliverables
  • Build the understanding of the business, process areas and their needs; being a challenger in bringing the intelligent automation leaver in their backlogs
  • Work in agile set-up to achieve the best possible outcome balancing duration, cost and objectives
  • Be an ambassador of Intelligent automation in Danske Bank

About you:

  • Great interest in IT and automation fields with a proactive constant search for new options and ways how to drive automation agenda in the organization, Experience in data analysis and familiarity with Atlassian tools (JIRA/Confluence) would be helpful
  • Proven experience working with business stakeholders within a cross-functional matrix environment, with great communication, facilitation and stakeholder management skills
  • Demonstrate decisiveness in resolving business problems, making decisions and identifying priorities
  • Comfortable with a changing environment and curious about engaging in a large and complex organization where you where you can show your proactivity and commitment
  • A collaborative mind-set and a genuine intention to develop the skills within your team
  • Experience in a similar role within a global organisation or a large consultancy, with an interest or background in IT, with 2-3 years of experience in a leadership position
  • Advanced English language skills

We offer:

Monthly salary range from 3920 EUR to 5880 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
