CRM Analyst in Portfolio Management

We are seeking a CRM Analyst to join our team. You will be part of CRM Analytics, which includes 9 CRM Analysts. This team is responsible for 1:1 sales and marketing execution and the ongoing improvement of all commercial activities.

We are looking for a highly competent and dedicated candidate with expertise in CRM to deliver top-tier CRM analytics. The team is located in both Lithuania and Denmark, so you should expect a few business travel days per year.

Depending on your experience and knowledge, we may offer you a different seniority of the role.

You will:

  • Set up and execute CRM campaigns for Danske Bank DK customers
  • Conduct customer-related analysis to ensure communication with the right customers, using the right messages at the right time
  • Work with our marketing automation tools, SAS 360 and SAS Enterprise Guide

About you:

  • Experience with CRM analysis
  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders, reporting to management, and driving change
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms
  • Experience in setting up communication flows
  • Analytical skillset, a mathematical mindset and eagerness to learn
  • Experience with SAS or SQL programming
  • A drive to succeed but are not afraid of failing
  • A degree in a relevant field preferably from a university
  • Advanced English language skills

Monthly salary range from 2720 EUR to 4080 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
