We are looking for a new colleague to join our enthusiastic and expanding Vendor Management team, currently consisting of 15+ people in Denmark and Lithuania.
In close collaboration with internal stakeholders, the team strives to provide excellent vendor performance. Danske Bank’s customers rely on available online and digital solutions 24/7 and external vendors are part of the ecosystem providing these solutions. That is why our team plays an important role in achieving the bank’s business goals and supporting the customer experience by ensuring optimum value from our contracts.
You will be managing critical contracts with external vendors by building relationships, optimizing the value of contracts and tracking vendors’ performance.
Your contribution will be of high importance as you ensure the vendors continuously deliver on their contractual obligations, stay compliant with relevant regulations, and mitigate any risks from their services while aligning with the contract owners’ expectations.
