The Service Portfolio is managed in ServiceNow and is the golden source of information for the services delivered to our colleagues and customers. We govern the Service Portfolio so that Service Owners can always maintain their ownership responsibilities of configuration, compliance and reporting.
As part of CSDM, Configuration Management ensures that all configuration items (CIs) are owned and managed effectively by establishing centralized processes and governance.
Currently we are looking for a Configuration Management Specialist to lead and enhance our Configuration Management Database (CMDB) and Service Portfolio. This position requires a strategic thinker who can coordinate improvement initiatives and ensure the accuracy of our configuration data.
