Compliance Officer for Compliance Governance Execution, Portfolio and Contract Management Team

We are looking for Compliance Officers with enthusiasm to join our growing Compliance Governance Execution, Portfolio & Contract Management (GEP&CM) Team. GEP&CM team forms a part of the Central Governance & Reporting (CG&R) department within Group Compliance.

In this Compliance Officer role, you will be involved in various projects and activities that aim to improve the compliance governance requirements within the Group Compliance department. Your main responsibility will be to directly implement or support, either with other team members or on your own, the work of the Governance Implementation, Portfolio & Contract Management team, whose core responsibility is to enable the implementation and oversight of the Group Compliance’s governance and risk management arrangements, while fulfilling regulatory requirement and strategic goals.

The team is based in Copenhagen and Vilnius and works closely with other teams in Group Compliance as well as with a broad range of stakeholders across all lines of business.

We are recruiting to expand our Team in Lithuania, therefore, the role you may apply for is going to be based in: Vilnius (Lithuania).

You will:

  • Draft and review business procedures describing internal operational processes to meet Compliance governance requirements
  • Support the implementation of processes owned and managed by the Team by developing training and communication plans and provide advice on
  • Design presentations aimed to present governance data and information in a readable and accessible way to senior management
  • Provide support to the execution of cross-departmental projects (e.g. GC Activity Planning, Group Compliance function Audit, Compliance Observations trend analysis, etc.)
  • Support the input gathering process for relevant policies and instruction originated outside of the Compliance Function (i.e. from other second line and specialist first line functions)

About you:

  • Team-oriented individual, who is structured, analytical, collaborative and who values a high degree of professionalism, as well as a positive social office atmosphere
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience
  • Advanced in spoken and written English
  • Solid communication skills to establish strong working relationships at all levels of seniority and ability to write structured reports and present information in a concise and accessible manner
  • Proactive approach
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, Excel, MS Teams, Outlook, JIRA
  • Experience/knowledge of Danish or other international governance requirements (e.g. Danish Companies Act or Danish Financial Business Act, EBA Guidelines on Internal Governance) is desirable
  • Experience of working in a financial institution or professional services firm is an advantage

Monthly salary range from 2400 EUR to 3600 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
