Compliance Officer

The Conduct Team plays a crucial role in ensuring that Danske Bank operate ethically and in compliance with regulatory standards. The Team is responsible for creating functional strategies and specific objectives to support and manage requirements of sound business culture, high ethical and behaviour standards across the Group. The Team is responsible for the design, development and implementation of the Code of Conduct and the Compensation and Consequence Management (CCM) frameworks across the Danske Bank Group.

You will:

  • Support the development of the Conduct framework
  • Support in development of Group Conduct reporting and CCM reporting
  • Support the training on Conduct and culture initiatives
  • Support in key stakeholder engagement in order to ensure effective alignment across the conduct framework

About you:

  • Compliance, Legal, Business qualification, or equivalent working experience in a relevant field
  • 3-5 years’ experience working within the Financial Services sector, the Legal, Compliance or Risk Management functions
  • Ability to establish positive working relationships with stakeholders
  • Solid planning and organising capability, and a structured approach to problem solving
  • Advanced English skills

Monthly salary range from 2400 EUR to 3600 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
