We are seeking a Client Manager to support our Norwegian corporate and institutional clients, ensuring their post-trade activities are seamless and efficient. As part of a dedicated team spanning Denmark, Sweden, Finland and Lithuania, you will build bridges across the bank and foster strong client relationships.
As a Client Manager in Investor Services, you will provide daily support to Norwegian customers, assisting major Nordic corporate and institutional clients with their custody activities. We focus on our customers’ needs for post-trade services, which include a range of Investor Services products:
- Custody (Global Custody and Depositary Services), Asset Services, Securities Settlement, Tax
- Back and Middle Office Services
- OTC Clearing
- ETD Clearing
- FX Services
- Collateral Management
The team leads optimisation and transformational projects within Investor Services and the bank’s post-trade value chain. In this customer-facing role, the Investor Services Client Management team ensures comprehensive accountability for meeting customer service needs across all Investor Services products.
*Regular travel to Norway is expected (1-2 times per year).
