We are seeking a Client Manager based in Vilnius to support corporate and institutional clients and ensure seamless post-trade activities. Joining a dedicated team across Denmark, Sweden, Finland and Lithuania, you will build strong client relationships and collaborate across the bank.

As a Client Manager, you will assist large Nordic corporate and institutional clients with their post-trade needs, offering daily support across a range of Investor Services products, including Back & Middle Office Services, OTC and ETD Clearing, FX Services, Collateral Management, Custody (Global Custody & Depositary Services), Asset Services, Securities Settlement, and Tax.

The team drives initiatives to enhance and transform projects within Investor Services and the bank’s post-trade value chain. In this customer-facing role, you will ensure comprehensive support and accountability for all Investor Services products.

About the role
In this position, you will gain expertise in various products and services, such as FX Services, Collateral Management, and OTC and ETD Clearing. You will also develop a deep understanding of market, vendor, and regulatory dynamics to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders.

Acting as the primary Client Manager, you will manage client relationships, address post-trade queries, and drive initiatives to meet customer needs and timelines.

You will:

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as Investor Services Sales, Relationship Management, Implementation, Network Management, IT, Operational teams, Legal, etc.
  • Build and maintain sustainable customer relationships with a proactive and service-oriented approach
  • Lead and facilitate online customer meetings, as well as participate in pre-sales and ad-hoc client meetings
  • Train customers on our digital solutions, supporting them through their digital transformation journey
  • Onboard new customers and expand services for existing ones
  • Lead and contribute to various projects

About you:

  • Customer and task-oriented, with strong organisational skills and a motivation to learn
  • Ability to work independently while being a flexible and reliable team player
  • Contribute to a positive team spirit through a collaborative approach and high-quality deliveries
  • Skilled in navigating the complexities of working with large corporate and institutional clients
  • Experience in FX Services, Collateral Management, and OTC/ETD Clearing within a financial institution is an advantage
  • Strong communication skills
  • Advanced English proficiency in both written and spoken communication

We offer:

Monthly salary range from 2480 EUR to 3720 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
