Chief Service Development Partner for Large Corporates and Institutions CIIB Services

We are looking for a Senior Service Development Partner to support Corporate, Institutional & Investment Banking Services (CIIB) in the Large Corporates &Institutions (LC&I) Service organization. Lead and promote the change agenda for the area as well as contribute to the change initiatives of the whole LC&I organization. No week will be equal to another. Your ideas and opinions will be encouraged and valued from day one.

You will:

  • Support strategy development and implementation Corporate, Institutional & Investment Banking Services and across the Service unit
  • Develop, accelerate, run, scale, align, deliver, and follow-up on change initiatives and frameworks, ensure benefit realization
  • Provide input to the ABR/QBR process aligned with the service lead and follow up on progress. Drive change management and organizational implementation of Tribe development in CIIB area
  • Lead E2E process improvement initiatives in CIIB services and across LC&I service organization

About you:

  • 2-3 years of experience in change management and project or process management
  • Corporate, Institutional & Investment Banking Services domain knowledge would be beneficial
  • Proven stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work creatively and technically in problem-solving environments, demonstrating teamwork, innovation, and excellence
  • Strong collaboration and navigation skills within a large organisation
  • Upper-intermediate English skills

Monthly salary range from 3760 EUR to 5640 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
