Chief Risk Analyst for Reporting Team

Are you a skilled professional with experience in operational risk and some data skills? Do you have a knack for risk reporting, plus the flexibility to tackle diverse tasks and manage stakeholder relationships smoothly? If so, we want to hear from you!

The Reporting, Analytics & Events Team was created in February 2024 and is part of Non-Financial Risk in Group Risk Management, which is the Second Line of Defence. While many team members are located in Denmark, we are looking to establish a team in Lithuania. There are 13 people in the team across three sub-areas, but they frequently work together on a range of deliverables.

The team consists of three main parts: Reporting, Analytics, and Events. The Events part of the team is responsible for the events system, providing reporting on events both internally and externally, including to regulators, and offering subject matter expertise to the business. They are also accountable for business data stewardship in non-financial risk. Additionally, they are leading the project and implementation of a new events system in 2025.

The Analytics part is responsible for internal and external reporting, data extracts, managing Alteryx data flows, Tableau development, system user access, and the migration of data and reporting within the new system.

The Reporting part is where this role will be based. You will be responsible for reporting on non-financial risks, including the monthly and quarterly CRO letter, quarterly risk tolerance reporting, quarterly key performance indicators, input to Danske Bank annual reports, and several smaller reporting deliverables, along with miscellaneous and ad hoc requests.

You will be part of a great team of collaborative, creative, and experienced people. The work is diverse across the team, with some deliverables involving all parts of the wider team. Activities undertaken are largely established processes, with some work to be designed and implemented. Stakeholder management is a key part of this role and provides a great opportunity to learn about different parts of the business. Overall, this role presents a great opportunity to use different skills and influence how we deliver activities and outputs.

Depending on your experience, you may be offered a different level of seniority in the role.
