Our Transformation Center of Excellence is part of the Strategy & Transformation area. Our focus is on implementing strategic projects, programs, and themes spanning multiple Tribes, business domains, and customer segments. The team is located primarily in Lithuania (Vilnius) and Denmark (Copenhagen).

By joining us in this role, you will take part in driving the Cloud Migration Program, which is one of the key strategic transformations in the recently announced Danske Bank Forward’28 strategy.

You will:

Lead the communication and adoption stream within the Cloud Migration Program
Ensure high-quality project management activities throughout all project lifecycle stages
Build and grow teams, show individual and global culture awareness
Regularly contribute to organizational learning and drive the group’s ability to improve
Contribute to improvement of the project management and organisational change management models

About you:

Very good practical understanding of all project management disciplines and phases using different methodologies (Agile, Waterfall)
At least 5 years of experience in the end-to-end project management
Hands-on experience working with communication, solution adoption or organisational change management
Solid communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Agility, solid analytical and problem-solving ability
Extensive stakeholder management experience at all levels (including Executive Leadership)
Advanced English skills, both written and verbal

Monthly salary range from 4480 EUR to 6720 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
