The Infrastructure & Reliability Engineering (IRE) department forms the backbone of Danske Bank’s technology operations, delivering and maintaining critical infrastructure such as compute, databases, networks, storage, backups, observability, and data centres. Supporting services across both on-premises and public cloud environments, the IRE team bridges operations and engineering.

With a strong international presence in Lithuania, Denmark, and India, IRE ensures the reliability, resilience, and scalability of the bank’s technology, empowering innovation in a rapidly evolving digital world.

You will:

Lead the systematic documentation, standardisation and optimisation of critical IT processes across the department
Enhance operational efficiency by identifying opportunities for process improvement and implementing best practices
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new processes and technologies
Provide expert guidance and mentorship to team members on process engineering methodologies and best practices
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and adherence to processes

About you:

Extensive experience in IT process engineering or similar roles within the banking or financial services sector
Deep expertise in IT service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL) and process modelling techniques
Demonstrated success in leading large-scale process improvement initiatives and driving meaningful cultural change
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence
Ability to develop long-term strategies for process improvement aligned with organisational goals
Extensive hands-on experience leveraging automation tools and AI technologies to optimize existing processes and design innovative new solutions
Advanced English skills

We offer:

Monthly salary range from 4400 EUR to 6600 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
