The Integration & Adoption Tribe is a diverse and innovative department within Danske Bank, comprising nearly 100 colleagues globally, including close to 20 based in Vilnius. Our team is committed to accelerating technological modernisation across various areas within the bank.
We work closely with multiple teams, immersing ourselves in their projects, and applying our technological expertise to develop efficient and innovative solutions. Our focus is on creating new software and exploring cutting-edge technologies. This approach ensures that our code is not only functional but also readable, maintainable and in perfect alignment with business needs.
