Chief Markets Specialist in Collateral Management

Collateral Management is a part of the Markets Services function, where we support trade lifecycle management for a wide range of financial markets products. The focus of the department may vary according to market conditions. Whenever the financial markets are a bit volatile, we are busy!

Currently, we are looking for a colleague in Vilnius to become a team member of the global collateral management team.

Depending on your experience and knowledge, we may offer you a different seniority of the role.

* Standard working hours are 09:00 to 18:00 EET. However, a few times per week, working on an early (08:00 to 17:00 EET) or afternoon (10:00 to 19:00 EET) shift might be required. We will agree on a working schedule with you.

You will:

  • Perform data quality analysis before issuing margin calls
  • Issue margin calls and manage incoming ones in a timely and accurate manner
  • Book eligible collateral (cash/bonds/equities or repricing)
  • Onboard new clients and participate in various projects and initiatives within the area
  • Be responsible for operational risk reduction, initiate, and lead improvement initiatives for the department’s processes
  • Cooperate with the margin team in daily tasks to ensure all margin calls are handled, trade portfolios are reconciled, and any discrepancies or disputes are investigated and resolved, all while adhering to set deadlines
  • Initiate discussions and collaborate with stakeholders and counterparties to find the most efficient ways to handle tasks and ensure excellent customer service
  • Lead and contribute to our organization’s strategies

About you:

  • At least 2 years of work experience in financial services
  • Advanced knowledge of financial markets and services
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to escalate and solve high complexity issues
  • Effective problem-solving skills
  • Good stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to initiate and lead system/process improvements
  • Advanced English language skills

Monthly salary range from 2600 EUR to 3900 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
