Your extensive experience with Java and software engineering will be invaluable as you steer projects, set new standards, and embrace challenges with an open mind.

You will:

Oversee and drive the end-to-end ownership of solutions, from conceptual design through to deployment and resolving production incidents
Leverage your extensive experience to introduce innovative approaches, establish best practices, and mentor team members
Lead the evolution of our technology stack and software development practices, aligning them with strategic goals
Champion continuous improvement initiatives for both yourself and the team, fostering a culture of excellence
Maintain a strategic vision while also ensuring attention to detail in execution

About you:

Extensive proficiency in Java and its supporting development tools
Demonstrated experience in designing, developing, and automating tests for cloud-native systems
Proven track record of taking ownership and managing complex deliveries with a structured approach
Expertise in establishing and refining engineering practices, as well as developing team competencies
Strong experience with messaging systems such as Kafka, MQ, or similar
Deep understanding of integration patterns and their strategic implications
Positive attitude with a strong motivation to continuously learn and adapt
Upper-intermediate English language skills

We offer:

Monthly salary range from 5280 EUR to 7920 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
