We are delivering strategic management support for the T&S Large Corporates and Institutions (T&S LC&I) area leadership team. We create value through targeted communication, events, and driving strategic change in line with our Forward ’28 vision. You will join our diverse cross-country team of six team members.

Depending on your experience and knowledge, we may offer you a different seniority of the role.

You will:

  • Drive Forward ’28 for T&S LC&I by ensuring representation, integration, and delivery of initiatives across domains
  • Participate and lead initiatives as part of a key strategic priority
  • Be heavily involved in supporting ABR and QBR processes for the entirety of T&S LC&I

About you:

  • At least 5 years of working with strategy – ideally in either a technology or large corporate and institutional banking context
  • Previous experience in programme or portfolio management
  • Ability to take the lead in implementing change
  • Proactive, forward-thinking, and able to work independently
  • Ability to handle senior stakeholders and tight governance procedures as part of delivery responsibilities
  • You can facilitate complex material in an easy and understandable way and communicate to senior stakeholders
  • Advanced English skills

We offer:

Monthly salary range from 3440 EUR to 5160 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
