We are delivering strategic management support for the T&S Large Corporates and Institutions (T&S LC&I) area leadership team. We create value through targeted communication, events, and driving strategic change in line with our Forward ’28 vision. You will join our diverse cross-country team of six team members.

Depending on your experience and knowledge, we may offer you a different seniority of the role.

You will:

Drive Forward ’28 for T&S LC&I by ensuring representation, integration, and delivery of initiatives across domains
Participate and lead initiatives as part of a key strategic priority
Be heavily involved in supporting ABR and QBR processes for the entirety of T&S LC&I

About you:

At least 5 years of working with strategy – ideally in either a technology or large corporate and institutional banking context
Previous experience in programme or portfolio management
Ability to take the lead in implementing change
Proactive, forward-thinking, and able to work independently
Ability to handle senior stakeholders and tight governance procedures as part of delivery responsibilities
You can facilitate complex material in an easy and understandable way and communicate to senior stakeholders
Advanced English skills

We offer:

Monthly salary range from 3440 EUR to 5160 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
