Our team develops and supports Danske Bank Lithuania from the Site management and employer attractiveness points of view.

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Site Development Consultant to support our Site Manager, Site Management Office and leadership team. This role is crucial in enhancing our site operations and strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a good contextual conceptual thinking, analytical skill set, advanced project management abilities, and a keen interest in organizational development.

Danske Bank supports a high degree of workplace flexibility (our team is currently using a hybrid working model, where we work at least 3 days a week in the office).

You will:

  • Conduct detailed data analysis and research to identify trends and challenges, explore best practices in Global Business Services and ICT sector companies, analyse labour cost developments, investigate the correlation between work efficiency and office-based work, assess competitive and future talent skills, monitor site performance metrics (KPIs) and related action items, provide actionable insights and recommendations to enhance site performance across various functional units
  • Work closely with the Site Manager, leadership team, and other key stakeholders to develop compelling presentations that effectively communicate strategic initiatives and track progress
  • Create robust frameworks and formulate strategic proposals to advance organizational objectives
  • Take ownership of specific projects and assignments, managing them from inception to completion. Ensure that these initiatives are aligned with the broader business goals and deliver measurable results

About you:

  • Consultancy Experience: 3+ years of management consultancy experience, offering strategic guidance and actionable insights, which would be a significant advantage
  • Analytical Abilities: able to conduct in-depth assessments and analyses, transforming complex data into clear, actionable outcomes
  • Project Management Skills: demonstrate the ability to manage projects from start to finish, ensuring all objectives are met and deadlines are adhered to
  • Communication Skills: have an Advanced proficiency in both written and spoken English, crucial for clear and effective communication
  • Stakeholder Management: possess expert skills in managing relationships, networking, and communicating effectively with stakeholders
  • Adaptability: able to swiftly adapt to changing conditions and requirements, continuously bringing innovative solutions to the forefront
  • Advanced English language skills

We offer:

Monthly salary range from 3120 EUR to 4680 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
