Our diverse team is spread across multiple locations, including Lithuania, Denmark, Finland, and India. You will collaborate closely with other squads within the tribe, stakeholders from different tribes and business units, as well as external vendors and partners.

You will:

Lead and mentor a diverse team of developers specialising in AI, machine learning, and workflow automation
Dedicate time to hands-on development, working on innovative solutions and AI-powered tools for workflow automation
Build and maintain scalable, efficient workflow solutions using Camunda and other cutting-edge technologies
Drive the skill development of team members in areas such as AI, machine learning frameworks, workflow automation, and Camunda
Provide technical guidance to both back-end and front-end developers, creating a culture of knowledge sharing and collaboration
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and deliver business value
Stay up to date with the latest trends in AI and apply them to solve complex business challenges

About you:

Solid industry experience in software engineering
Proven experience in AI and machine learning development, with strong programming skills in Python
Leadership experience, with a track record of mentoring and developing technical teams
Experience with data processing, machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch), and building scalable AI models
Hands-on knowledge of workflow automation tools, such as Camunda, and experience in process optimisation
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to develop innovative solutions for complex problems
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to inspire and lead teams across diverse locations
A proactive, self-driven mindset, with the ability to perform both independently and as part of a team
Advanced English skills

We offer:

Monthly salary range from 5760 EUR to 8640 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
