Join the newest and very forward-thinking tribe at Danske Bank, where we specialize in optimizing the future of enterprise workflow and AI-driven automation. We develop and maintain the group-wide workflow and case handling platform, supporting key processes across the organization.

We are in process of creating the tribe which builds AI-enabled capabilities, creates innovative solutions for process automation, and delivers value to the business by using „build once – use many times” approach. You will have a chance to contribute to the creation, experiment with different options and test your ideas.

Location split: Our diverse team is spread across multiple locations, including Lithuania, Denmark, Finland and India.
Technologies and tools: We leverage cutting-edge technologies and tools, including Camunda, GenAI models, Java, and AWS.
Collaboration: You will work closely with other squads in the tribe, stakeholders across different tribes and business units, and external vendors and partners.

This is your chance to drive innovation at the intersection of workflow, automation, and AI while collaborating with a skilled team of developers, analysts, UX designers, and architects.

You will:

Play a key role in supporting and mentoring a diverse team of developers
Dedicate time to hands-on development, directly contributing to innovative solutions
Strengthen and lead the skill development of team members in AI, workflow automation, and Camunda
Contribute to the creation of AI-powered tools and solutions for workflow automation, with a focus on Agentic Development and Agentic Automation
Develop and maintain scalable, efficient workflow and process solutions using tools like Camunda
Provide technical guidance to both back-end and front-end developers, creating a culture of knowledge sharing and collaboration
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and deliver business value

About you:

Demonstrated experience in AI development, with strong programming skills in Python; experience with Java is a plus
Practical familiarity with workflow and process automation tools, ideally Camunda
Proven leadership skills, with a history of effectively mentoring and developing team members
Experience in back-end and/or front-end development is advantageous
Strong communication and collaboration abilities, with the capability to inspire and lead a team
Comfortable working with international, cross-functional teams
A proactive, self-driven mindset, with the ability to perform both independently and as part of a team
Advanced English skills

We offer:

Monthly salary range from 5760 EUR to 8640 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
