The Everyday Banking Individuals Tribe supports the entire Group, playing a central role in Danske Bank’s efforts to provide excellent experiences for our personal customers. We develop new digital solutions related to accounts, transactions, consumer finance, and cards.
You will lead a chapter of 15 Business and Functional Specialists skilled in the various disciplines covered by our tribe. Each specialist is allocated to a squad, but you will be responsible for developing working structures and best practices at both the chapter and individual levels. You should be motivated by understanding and implementing effective ways of working with a continuous focus on development.
