Chapter Lead for Everyday Banking Individuals

The Everyday Banking Individuals Tribe supports the entire Group, playing a central role in Danske Bank’s efforts to provide excellent experiences for our personal customers. We develop new digital solutions related to accounts, transactions, consumer finance, and cards.

You will lead a chapter of 15 Business and Functional Specialists skilled in the various disciplines covered by our tribe. Each specialist is allocated to a squad, but you will be responsible for developing working structures and best practices at both the chapter and individual levels. You should be motivated by understanding and implementing effective ways of working with a continuous focus on development.

You will be accountable for developing our chapter members to ensure they have the skills required for successful deliveries to our personal customers,” says Linus, your future manager.

You will:

  • Be responsible for the competence development of your chapter members and act as their leader
  • Support their growth on both a professional and personal level
  • Implement and enhance our agile ways of working
  • Develop and build the chapter as well as each of its members
  • Establish effective and efficient working and reporting structures
  • Manage relationships with stakeholders at all levels
  • Ensure comprehensive skills in the subject matter within your chapter, particularly in retail banking, digital offerings, payments, and cards
  • Engage as an accountable member of our tribe leadership

About you:

  • You have solid experience in people leadership, with the capability to build followership
  • You prioritize integrating the newest techniques and insights to guarantee quality and timely outcomes in an agile environment
  • You are proactive and able to operate both in detail and with a strategic overview
  • You understand customer needs
  • You possess advanced English language, effective communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Understanding of retail banking, including areas such as payments, cards, consumer finance, or accounts would be beneficial

We offer:

Monthly salary range from 3920 EUR to 5879 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
