Chapter Lead (Business Analysis) | Debt Management Development Tribe

Are you ready to lead a dynamic team of business analysts and contribute to a significant transformation in the Debt Management area? We are looking for an experienced Chapter Lead who is focused on business analysis and people management for our Tribe.

This dual role offers you the unique opportunity to shine both as an HR leader and a Business Analysis Specialist. You will be HR leader of already existing chapter with 9 team members. Your core responsibilities will include developing the professional and personal growth of your team, alongside undertaking key business analyst tasks. You will also take lead on expanding the team with additional business analysts bringing the team to potentially 10-12 members.

You will:

  • Serve as HR manager for a team of Business Analysis specialists, encouraging their growth on both professional and personal fronts
  • As an experienced business analyst, you will also be part of the squad to set the standards for others to follow when delivering hands-on business analysist tasks such as business analysis, process analysis and design, communicating with stakeholders, and more
  • Collaborate closely with the other leaders in the tribe (Chapter Leads, Product Owners, Solution Architects, and the Tribe Leadership) to attract, develop, and retain top talent, ensuring a strong team spirit

About you:

  • Proven leadership skills with a background in Business Analysis
  • A catalyst leader and a team player, who is approachable and supportive, equipped with a comprehensive Business Analyst toolkit
  • Experience across all phases of the development lifecycle, from analysis and requirements development to testing and organizational implementation
  • Agile methodology experience
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and strong facilitation skills
  • Debt Management business domain knowledge would be considered as an advantage
  • Advanced proficiency in English

Monthly salary range from 5200 EUR to 7800 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
