Business Risk and Controls Officer for Data Protection Support Quality Assurance

You will:

  • Verify compliance with pre-established quality standards in Data Protection Support processes, such as data breach management, data subject rights implementation, and more
  • Analyse data and prepare reports to improve quality performance at both the individual and team levels, in accordance with internal rules and regulations
  • Prepare action proposals to prevent recurring deficiencies
  • Maintain consistency in quality assessment criteria across various cases, ensuring alignment with agreements adopted by stakeholders
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of Data Protection Support processes and the controls embedded in them, offering strategic insights and recommendations for improvement
  • Optimise the use of quality assurance processes and ensure improvements in quality reports
  • Champion GDPR compliance efforts through thorough quality assurance practices

About you:

  • 2 years of experience in data protection or quality assurance
  • Comprehensive understanding of GDPR and other relevant data protection regulations
  • Keen attention to detail and a strong analytical mindset
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
  • Higher education degree
  • Advanced English skills, both in speaking and writing, are necessary
  • Experience working in international/global shared service centres or the banking sector would be beneficial
  • Legal background or qualifications pertaining to data protection would be beneficial as well

We offer:

Monthly salary range from 2640 EUR to 3960 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
