Strategy innovation & Traction (Si&T) team plays an instrumental role as sparring partners for the tribe leadership by creating efficiencies and transparency for the Tribe Leadership Team, hence paving the path for an effective development journey. As a business manager You will have an overview of strategic goals, deadlines, and workforce planning accountabilities with a firm grip on financials and other administrative routines. In addition, you will have a wide variety of interactions with members from within the tribe and stakeholders outside of the tribe. Working in Si&T you will be part of a team of 9 colleagues working out of Denmark and Lithuania, all with the focus on supporting the leadership team of the development organization.
This role will prepare you for many career options – you will experience first-hand how senior management works from the inside, how decisions are made, and you will get a broad network across the Group through your many interactions with stakeholders from both the development organization, the back-office units as well as the COO organization. You will be responsible for a wide range of tasks and will quickly have increased responsibilities with opportunities to develop your skill set further.
