Business Manager (with Finance Expertise) in TS Functions, Strategy Innovation and Traction Team

Strategy innovation & Traction (Si&T) team plays an instrumental role as sparring partners for the tribe leadership by creating efficiencies and transparency for the Tribe Leadership Team, hence paving the path for an effective development journey. As a business manager You will have an overview of strategic goals, deadlines, and workforce planning accountabilities with a firm grip on financials and other administrative routines. In addition, you will have a wide variety of interactions with members from within the tribe and stakeholders outside of the tribe. Working in Si&T you will be part of a team of 9 colleagues working out of Denmark and Lithuania, all with the focus on supporting the leadership team of the development organization.

This role will prepare you for many career options – you will experience first-hand how senior management works from the inside, how decisions are made, and you will get a broad network across the Group through your many interactions with stakeholders from both the development organization, the back-office units as well as the COO organization. You will be responsible for a wide range of tasks and will quickly have increased responsibilities with opportunities to develop your skill set further.

You will:

  • Collaborate with and support Tribe leadership in defining strategic priorities and formulating actionable plans; be a partner in Annual and Quarterly Business Review processes
  • Act as a liaison between the tribe and other stakeholders, both internal and external. Facilitate communication and coordination among squads and with other tribes or units
  • Drive the tribe’s performance tracking against strategic goals and provide progress reports
  • Oversee Tribe’s financial health, including budgeting, cost forecasting, and financial analysis. Make data-driven decisions and advise leadership on financial matters
  • Manage capacities for tackling headcounts and strategic workforce planning
  • Promote knowledge sharing and engagement within the tribe and with external parties
  • Ensure the smooth running of administrative processes within the tribe, managing schedules, and organizing events and meetings (excluding calendar management)

About you:

  • 2+ years of experience in business or financial management roles
  • Experience in collaborating with and supervising stakeholders of all seniority levels
  • Experience with financial analysis and cost forecasting and the ability to use both to drive value-creating decisions
  • Solid IT skills within MS Office
  • Strong aspiration for planning, structure and the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Motivated, enthusiastic, and analytical way of thinking with a high level of accuracy and attention to details
  • Positive can-do attitude
  • Upper-intermediate English skills, both written and spoken

Monthly salary range from 3600 EUR to 5400 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
