Business Manager (IT and vendor governance)

Our mission at the Asset Management tribe is to enable the delivery of relevant and customer-focused products and services, while creating a simpler and commercially scalable platform for Asset Management.

Do you possess strong administrative and stakeholder management skills to ensure efficient and professional governance of IT solutions (especially SaaS and vendor solutions)?

If so, we have an opening for a Business Manager in our tribe. Your daily work will consist of collaborating with various stakeholders, handling administrative tasks related to IT solutions, IT governance, procuring new solutions, handing vendor agreements and together with a team of specialists ensuring necessary documentation and templates are completed.

You will:

  • Manage vendor agreements, ensuring compliance with internal security protocols and industry regulations
  • Manage the Tribes finances, including budget steering and cost recharging
  • Act as a crucial liaison among IT security, legal departments, and other stakeholders, streamlining procurement and compliance processes for SaaS (Software as a Service) solutions
  • Maintain disciplined administration around vendor governance, following up on contracts, SLAs, and gathering feedback to support the management team in vendor dialogs

About you:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Finance, or related fields
  • Experience in IT procurement or vendor management, especially in SaaS or cloud services
  • Proven analytical skills and a keen eye for detail
  • Stakeholder management abilities, with experience in collaborating across various organizational levels
  • Advanced English skills

Monthly salary range from 2680 EUR to 4020 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
