Business Manager in Everyday Banking Corporate

Are you ready to embark on an exciting journey with Danske Bank and work with finances, agile processes and executive support? Then a position as a business manager in the Everyday Banking Corporate tribe would be the next challenge for you!

In Danske Bank, we have consolidated Business development and IT into agile development areas, known as Tribes, with strong ambitions to develop products to our customers.

As our Senior Business Manager, you will be working closely with the Tribe leadership and be their trusted partner. You have the overview of our strategic goals and have the ability to communicate them to various stakeholders; you can bring people together and you have a firm grip on deliveries and deadlines. Also, you are no stranger to financial management, HR-activities, creating presentations and other ad-hoc requests.

Depending on your experience and knowledge, we may offer you a different seniority for the role.

We are currently looking for 2 new team members: one for a permanent position and one for maternity cover. If you are hired for the maternity cover, please note that this is a fixed-term contract with an expected duration of approximately 6 months.

Danske Bank supports a high degree of workplace flexibility (our team is currently using a hybrid working model, where we work at least 3 days a week in the office.).

You will:

  • Financial management – incl. reporting on monthly financial tendencies, vendor extension and registration
  • Staff cost projections and tracking of staff capacity pipeline (HR)
  • Support or/and drive strategic processes on behalf of the tribe (Annual and Quarterly Business Reviews)
  • Support in drafting and measuring Objectives and key results (OKRs), in collaboration with several internal support teams
  • Presentations on adhoc basis providing the option to influence the strategic agenda for the tribe
  • Driving/supporting projects based on your individual interests

About you:

  • Thriving in a fast-paced environment, where structure and prioritisation of tasks is key in order to achieve team goals
  • A can-do mindset
  • Experience with financial analysis and cost forecasting and the ability to use both to drive value-creating decisions
  • A Bachelor or Master’ Degree in business administration, Strategy, organisation, HR, Economics or similar
  • 2+ years of experience within management consulting, finance, project management or similar
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to connect and create trusted relationships
  • High level of integrity and accountability
  • Structured analytical approach when problem solving
  • Advanced English skills

We offer:

Monthly salary range from 2720 EUR to 4080 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
