As a Business Manager, you will be working closely together with the Tribe Leadership team and act as their trusted partner, supporting sound and data-driven decision-making (e.g., keeping the overview of our financials and running and managing some of the key planning processes).

In your role as a Business Manager, you will collaborate with Tribe Leadership Teams to effectively navigate their strategic and financial priorities.

You will:

Driving strategic planning processes on behalf the Tribe (Annual and Quarterly Business Reviews)
Tracking and reporting on development pipeline and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Conducting on-going reviews of development backlogs
Being on top of the Tribe’s financial situation (staff cost and non-personal cost from e.g., vendor contracts) and taking ownership of financial planning and analysis
Driving the Tribe’s business cases in close collaboration with Product Owners and ensuring proper tracking of outcomes
Work directly with stakeholders across Danske Bank, serving as the closest sparring partner for the Tribe Leadership Teams
Improving the way, you work in the Business Management team with your Business Manager colleagues across Tribes
Collaborating with our Management Coordinator on staffing, recruitment status and other various ad hoc tasks

About you:

Ability to work independently with high integrity and accountability
Over two years of experience in management consulting, strategy, finance, project management, or executive management support
Strong foundation and interest in financial management
Structured, analytical, and data-driven approach to problem-solving
Ability to connect the dots and navigate a complex organisation
Strong stakeholder management skills and capability to build lasting professional relationships
Thrive in a dynamic environment while managing multiple tasks
Experience with and interest in agile development is an advantage
Advanced English skills

We offer:

Monthly salary range from 4160 EUR to 6240 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
