The Flow Tooling team, situated within Group Strategic Steering, is focused on making the organization more data driven and outcome focused through the efficient use of engagement tooling. It is responsible for the governance and alignment of key digital portfolio tooling used across the Group, enhancing collaboration, insights and decision steering.

The Flow Tooling team collaborates closely with various experts within the organization and other important stakeholder groups, such as financial units, Group supporting functions, strategic units, program managers, agile coaches, Domain/Tribe leadership and Executive leadership.
The main purpose of the position is to investigate, develop, provide guidance and support to scale changes across the organization, focusing on aligned portfolio tooling usage, enabling benefit realization & tracking, and smooth tooling integration for key Group governance processes. You will also work on creating reports or dashboards with key insights from our strategic data foundations.
The workplace is located in Vilnius. Danske Bank supports workplace flexibility (we currently use a hybrid work model, where we work at least 3 days in the office).
